Next Adventures Travels is full service travel agency whose vision is to become the primary source of travel planning for our clients. We are seeking individuals with a passion for travel to become a part of our dynamic team, No previous experience is necessary, but the right mindset is! We are looking for people who:
- Have a natural ability to connect with others, are service-oriented, highly motivated self-starters with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Have extensive personal travel experience and/or general to advanced knowledge of destination/s you'd like to sell (ie: Disney, All Inclusive Resorts, Cruises, Europe etc.)
- Have genuine passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences and building strong relationships that engage beyond transactional level.
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and with proper grammar and spelling both in writing and over the phone.
- Have the ability to multitask, respond quickly and work and train on-line independently but are also collaborative and want to be part of a team.
- Have proficiency with utilizing social media and feel comfortable using it for marketing.
- Have strong organizational skills, pay attention to details, accuracy and can identify a problem and see it through to resolution with minimal assistance.
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit who want to leverage our tools and industry relationships to build your own successful book of business.
- Have integrity and are willing to demonstrate professional conduct at all times they are representing Next Adventure Travels.
- We will provide mentorship, guidance, and training to equip you for success. You will work alongside seasoned professionals who understand the industry and have strategic partnerships.
- As an independent contractor, you’ll have the freedom and flexibility to work and reside anywhere you desire. You get to create your own hours and craft your own schedule.
- This is not a salaried job; our independent contractors/agents work solely on sales commission. As such earning potential is unlimited. It’s truly what you make it!
