It's important to note that sometimes we do charge a planning fee depending on how complex your trip is and the level of service involved. This is something we will go over and assess in out initial consultation. This fee does not go towards your booking, it simply covers our expertise and our time curating this unique, unforgettable travel experience for you.
Because we are already familiar with destinations all over the world, we then play “experience matchmaker” aligning your desires with just the right suppliers and components for your trip.

After getting to know you, we begin crafting your dream travel experience.
We reach out to our partners and start the process of curating your perfect itinerary based on your preferences, needs, and budget.
Our quotes can include assistance with the following services:

You will receive a comprehensive travel proposal, highlighting the details of your upcoming vacation.
The pricing of your itinerary will be presented in a packaged price with a total cost and clear list of inclusions and exclusions. Our proposal will outline the deposit and final payment costs. You will also receive an invoice with easy instructions for payment so we can proceed with doing everything we need to do to get your trip confirmed and booked.
We are available to you via phone, email, or text throughout the personalized planning process. You will have timely responses to all of your questions and concerns and a team to cover one another should your travel advisor be out of the office.
3—CONCIERGE SUPPORT
Once your vacation is confirmed, you will receive a detailed itinerary outlining your travel plans and financial specifics.
You will receive reminders via email regarding upcoming payments that are due and any informational emails specific to your destination. These may include tour and dining reservation reminders or schedule changes for flights. We make sure you have all the details you need for a seamless travel experience.
Last but certainly not least, when it’s finally time for your trip you'll be able to travel confidently and carefree knowing we are available to you for any emergency or unexpected travel needs. As you know, life happens and travel can be unpredictable at times, but we are always here for you. While you are away, you will have access to our team of advisors to ensure you are well cared for during and even upon your return home from abroad!
